The transition into motherhood is profound and it ripples through every part of a person’s life. However, in modern times, there’s very little time for women to adjust to this big transformation and to reconnect with who they are now as mothers.
Our Retreats for Mothers are exactly that. A space for you to rediscover yourself as a mama and as a woman.
At these retreats we move our body and our soul! We sit in circle and share our journeys, we journal, practice yoga & take part in mindful meditation, but above everything, we have fun together!
