Mother’s
RE SET
Wellbeing Group Program.
A 7-week online transformational program for mothers who want to get back to themselves and find balance in motherhood.
Enrolments open 17th of October
RESET starts in November.
Motherhood is meant to change you. Not only as you become a mother but also as your children grow and you continue to shift and adapt to be the mother they need to support them at every stage.
Sometimes change can feel disorienting, making you feel a sense of loss. Like you’ve lost your joy, your inspiration, your calm, your purpose… Or even like have lost yourself and don’t know who you are anymore…
But change can also be a good thing. It can be the catalyst to transform your life for the better. To get rid of old beliefs and ideals. To open yourself to new ways of living that are more aligned with your own values. It can be the opportunity to redefine what success means to you. And to start living by your own rules.
So how do you move from feeling lost and disconnected to starting living motherhood YOUR way?
In RESET, you will find your way back to you; to a place where you can feel safe, loved and at peace.
You will reconnect with the woman you are beneath the parent, the partner, the professional and any other role you hold in your life.
So you can always find your centre despite the constant shifts and changes of life and motherhood.
Come and join me in RESET, a 7-week transformational group programme for mothers who want to go back to themselves and find the balance they need to thrive in motherhood.
RESET spaces are very limited. Please join the waiting list to be the first to know when registrations open in October.

About me
Hey, I’m Jazmin!
Mother of 2 and founder of The Mothership and The M List. Health and Wellbeing directory. I have made it my mission to help women have a different transition into motherhood. One, where her development and her needs are as important as those of their babies.
As an advocate for mothers’ well-being and Matrescence Coach, I share through The Mothership how practising self-care and putting myself first has positively impacted my motherhood journey.
‘ Women are thrown into motherhood with no awareness of what it means to become a mother, often experiencing feelings of shame, guilt and self-judgment. What mothers are going through is perfectly normal and we need more safe spaces for them to feel held and supported as they go through this profound life change.’
